I went on Saturday, April 29th. It feels like local ladies are doing it. Immediately after entering, there was a shop selling handmade breads on the left (only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), and I bought Sakura Anpan (the red bean paste is handmade) and Apple Cream Bread. Sakura Anpan is said to have sakura mochi inside. Each soba menu comes with seasonal tempura. For an additional 300 yen, you can get a large serving. ・Zaru soba (set meal available) ・Kake soba (set meal available) ・Grated soba (set meal available) ・Tororo soba (set meal available) ・Mini soba set meal The soba noodles are firm and the tempura is crispy. It also came with pickled turnips, which were also very delicious. The restaurant, which has about 7 or 8 seats, filled up quickly after it opened. I recommend going a little early to take a walk around the area and arrive about 10 minutes before the store opens. By the time I ate the soba noodles, paid the bill, and left the store, most of the homemade breads had been sold!

I suddenly wanted to eat soba so I was looking for it and found this one. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the soba noodles were a little soft, but they had a lot of flavor and were delicious. It was very good because I wanted to eat slowly in a place that is not very popular.

It was in a facility with a tennis court in the mountains. I'm a little worried on the way, but if you trust the navigation, you'll get there (bitter smile). Soba noodles are delicious with full-fledged hand-made soba noodles that are firm and have a proper flavor! The mixed rice and tempura in the set may all have a rustic taste, but they were very delicious! !
