Great service, very cultural atmosphere. The food is fresh and presented to the table very distinguishably. The staff are very well trained and extremely polite.

I love Kisoji and have been coming to the store for a long time. Used for lunch. This is my first time at Kobutsume store. I was looking for a new store because my favorite store was moving and I couldn't go there anymore. The parking lot was large and I felt it was relatively easy to park. This time, I requested a reservation on the morning of the day, and they graciously accepted it. When I came to the store, there were so many people that I felt that I needed to make a reservation next time as well. From the moment I was greeted, I had the impression that it was a typical Kisoji. Great customer service. The seating was in a Japanese-style room where four groups ate in the same space. At my previous restaurant, I was shown a private room even without a reservation, so from now on I will request a private room when making a reservation. (The seat I used this time was quite close to other seats) The food was also amazing and delicious. I was able to enjoy the crab that I wanted to eat before the season was over. Next time, I will visit Kobutsume store again during the bonito season. I'm glad I found a good store.

I love the customer service of Mr. Kisoji here, and I use this store even though it is far from my house. This store has warm customer service that makes you think, ``Even if it's far away, that store is good.'' It was my first encounter when I used it at a thank-you party, but they always responded politely to our meetings over the phone. Even though they were probably busy, whoever answered the phone was polite and kind. In particular, the store manager's personality and service were truly wonderful, and thanks to that, the thank-you party was a great success. After that, when I talk about eating with my friends and family, and Mr. Kisoji comes up as a candidate, I will make a reservation here first. As for Mr. Kisoji's customer service, there may not be much of a problem at either store. However, the customer service at this store is always so cheerful and warm that you'll think, "I'm glad I came!" Thank you for treating the small children with care. The food is also delicious. I really like the sesame sauce in shabu-shabu. I also like that they have a wide variety of condiments and kids' menus. Last but not least, I love that the parking lot is large and easy to park lol.
