大府で一番のそば屋です。 my favorite soba restaurant(buckwheat noodles) in Oobu, unfortunately, credit card is not available! but the taste is sophisticated.

I got 100% soba. Juwari soba, where you can feel the owner's commitment, had a good scent and was the best compatibility with soba soup. By not using binders, the noodles are short and have a rough surface, so you can directly enjoy the original taste of soba. Tempura is a thick coat, so likes and dislikes may be different, but overall it is a delicious restaurant and repeat is confirmed.

I had zaru no juwari soba. The thin noodles were neatly arranged, and the fragrant aroma of the coarsely rolled soba noodles was amazing. The tempura was also fried crispy and very delicious. Both the soba tea and soba soup were great.
