This is a very delicious udon restaurant. I always try to stop by when I'm passing by at the right time. I like both the texture of the noodles and the flavor of the soup stock. The parking lot was full when I arrived before 12:00 on Sunday, but in that case, it seemed like the parking lot of Natsuyaki Onsen across the street would be fine, so I parked there.

On the way to Inabu Country, I found out about Suehiro Udon and wanted to try it, so I lined up before it opened. Although it was limited to 8 meals, we went with 6 people, so I'm sorry for the latter, but as rumored, it was chewy and delicious.

Added on 2023/3/23 I was finally able to eat Fukumi udon. It seems that the noodles are 1.5 times more. I'm satisfied with the amount. These are chewy, flat udon noodles. The children have also become a favorite. it's delicious. When I come to Inabu, I usually stop by. When you pay, your child will receive a candy. The store staff are kind and the store is very pleasant. Suehiro udon and Fukumi udon are available in limited quantities and sell out quickly after opening on Saturdays and Sundays.
