AMAZING GYOZA!!! Spacious and private seating and friendly staff.

*Used on 2023.6.10 I stayed at the route inn on the premises, so I used it. I went without a reservation and was told that it was "full", but another staff member guided me to a counter seat. Some of the things I ordered didn't come, but they were provided relatively smoothly. Will the price be cheaper? That's what it feels like.

This is a restaurant attached to Hotel Route Inn Shinshiro. The menu is similar to that of an izakaya, but Steaks made with giant shiitake mushrooms, a local specialty, etc. You can enjoy the local flavors. Sashimi such as yellowtail offered daily, The tuna, as mentioned in the restaurant's name, is delicious. The beef zabuton steak alone is filling. Gyoza and fried chicken are also consistently delicious. If you eat these with a rice set, It's already a great dinner. I'm worried about whether there will be a buffet the next morning.
