Shinshiro, Aichi, Japan｜上海料理 菜香

I like this place very much!!! Very delicious and rather cheap. And very nice and kind staff.

It was a rare Chinese restaurant, different from other Chinese restaurants! Even though it's located on the outskirts of town that connects Shinshiro and Shitara, for some reason the parking lot is always full at noon...The timing was right today, so I stopped by for lunch first, but when I sat down, I saw the old... There was a photo of me with Kenichi Chen, who I often saw on ``Iron Chef'', so I thought I'd be looking forward to it, so I ordered a set of soy sauce ramen and mapo rice, as well as a single item of gyoza. Everyone please try it. . . There is no doubt that this is a restaurant created by a chef, which is different from the Showa era's town Chinese cuisine, and different from the continental Chinese cuisine of recent years. It was listed as their signature mapo tofu on the menu, but it is made with coarsely ground Hana Sansho pepper, and the spiciness that hits your tongue after the aroma is not extremely spicy, so I recommend it.

I was surprised by the deliciousness of mapo tofu! I like Naka's pork bone ramen because it's very light. Fried rice is also great! A Shanghainese restaurant hidden in the mountains that makes you want to come from far away. I come here again and again when I go to Shinshiro. Salt ramen is also great! I like this type of noodles, which I don't often come across.
