I came here because I wanted to eat Kinuhime salmon. It was delicious. The fried sweetfish was so crispy and fluffy that I could eat everything except the tail. I came at noon and it was crowded, but I didn't have to wait for several minutes. You'll have to wait about 20 minutes after ordering, but considering the taste, it's totally worth it. This is a must-try dish when you come to Shitara Town.
