I stopped by for the first time in a while. Since it was Saturday afternoon, there were a lot of customers. I was worried about whether I would be able to sit down, but luckily there was a customer leaving and I was able to sit down. lucky. NICE timing. I ordered the soy sauce ramen and fried rice set, and the fatty back fat soy sauce ramen and fried rice set. I compared the soups, and although they were the same soy sauce ramen, they tasted completely different. Moreover, both were delicious😋 The regular soy sauce ramen had a nostalgic feel reminiscent of old-fashioned Chinese noodles. On the other hand, the soy sauce ramen with a lot of backfat was not too thick, but had just the right amount of fat, and was also very delicious. By the way, when I was secretly listening to the orders of other customers, I noticed that many of them ordered Taiwanese ramen. I haven't experienced it yet, so I think I'll try it next time. This is a long-established ramen shop in Futagawa. It's rich in variety and very delicious. Please try sesame tsukemen once.

I had Taiwanese ramen soy sauce soup and fried rice. My favorite thin noodles in a rich soup with plenty of ground meat, boiled eggs, and chashu pork! I was really impressed. I want to try the chilled Taiwanese too! The fried rice is light, so be careful if you like strong flavors, but if you like light flavor, don't miss it. The Chinese noodles seem to be on the menu only at night, so I'd like to go there again at night. Lunch menu available except on Sundays. I think it's a hidden gem.
