A French chef from the Goto Islands, Nagasaki, serves dishes with a focus on domestic ingredients. All the dishes are really delicious, but especially the ``Nagoya Meshi'' at the beginning and the meat with the aroma of firewood are always delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice and the staff are friendly, so you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. There are many good shops in Nagoya, but this is one that is recommended.

I fell in love with the many beautiful dishes that were highly rated on sites such as Ikkyu and on Google, and I had wanted to go there for about two years, but it didn't happen...I finally had the chance to go there this summer for a dinner party with friends. did. Since it was a weekday lunch before Obon, the place wasn't full, so I was able to put my luggage on another table and have a relaxing time. It had been a long time since we had dinner together, so we ordered two glasses of wine to pair with each other. First of all, are you a sommelier? A woman explained about the wine, and the sparkling wine served before the meal was delicious! The second glass was apparently a white wine made from rare South African grapes, and the aroma of the barrel was so delicious that I sipped it. As for the food, the bowls and presentation were beautiful from start to finish, and each bite was a series of surprises and deliciousness. It was also really fun to share my happiness with my friends. Although I was full after the main course, she suggested that I have a smaller peach parfait for dessert, and even though we were getting too excited about the conversation, she kept me company until just before closing time.
