I think the hitsumabushi sauce is a little too sweet for me. I think it will change again with that sauce. There was only one woman in the store (two in the kitchen?), so it might be difficult when it's crowded. But you did your best! The atmosphere of the shop is not very large, but it's not bad. I think the price is rather cheap considering you are eating eel hitsumabushi.

I had the beef hitsumabushi meal. The seared meat sushi that comes with the set is also grilled in front of you, so you can eat it freshly made. Hitsumabushi Gozen is also full of condiments and soup stock, You can eat it as it is or make it into Ochazuke. The meat was also tender and very delicious. I want to come again😆

I used it for a weekday dinner. The store is located near the station, right in front of the platform of Meitetsu Osato Station, and there is also an adjacent parking lot. The interior has a modern Japanese atmosphere. It was very quiet and relaxing during the time I used it. It was my first time having meat hitsumabushi. It's a visual that gets you excited, with a huge pile of meat protruding from the bowl. The meat was lean and refreshing, tender, juicy and very delicious. There was a good selection of alcoholic beverages (my personal favorite was Japanese sake), and I had a very happy time. I was also impressed by the polite response of the female staff. I would like to visit again if I want to eat meat.
