I went there using Google Maps and found that it was located in a quiet area off the busy roads. I thought it might be the Obon holiday, but thanks to the "open for business" sign, I decided to rush in.🏃‍♂️≡≡≡ ️ It seems that the employees are probably a son and his mother. The inside of the store was clean and there were no other customers, but the food was ice-cold...The portions were large and you didn't have to worry about waiting...The inside of the store was air-conditioned and had a cool, quiet atmosphere...It was quiet, so you could hear the sounds of dishes and fried food. The batter was thin and not greasy, and there was a lot of miso that could easily get tangled, but it went well with the rice.Also, the amount of fillet cutlet was quite large for one person, so I was very happy. The sauce that came with it was miso with a strong sweetness. There is mustard on the table, so you can use it as you like. I chose plum shiso, but since there was a lot of plum meat in it, I had enough without the sauce, but the sauce was delicious with the sauce♪
