I had the roast pork cutlet set meal. The meat was very tender and the coating was crispy. It's great that you can get unlimited refills of rice, miso soup, cabbage, and pickles. However, in my personal opinion, the rice was a little too watery and soft, so I thought it would have been better if it had been a little firmer. However, the flavor of the meat and the sauce went so well together that I wanted more cutlet. I was surprised at how light it was despite the great flavor. It's been a while since I ate such delicious pork cutlet. Definitely a repeat purchase.

We had the A lunch which was probably the most popular. The meat was tender and delicious. He also communicated easily. Double stamps on 3, 7 and 10 days (to match the store name?). I can't help it, but I think it might be a little difficult to get into the parking lot.

I visited at noon on a weekday. The restaurant was almost full, but there were plenty of seats so we were lucky to not have to wait. As it is a pork cutlet specialty store, there is a wide variety of menus, and since it was my first time visiting, I had the pork lunch, which was recommended by the staff😃 I think it's a good idea to grind sesame seeds for seasoning on your own until the food arrives. The batter was crispy and the frying oil was light and there was no smell. I'm glad that there are dipping sauces and sauces on the table so you can change the taste. The pickled Chinese cabbage was so good that I couldn't help but replace the rice with it. Next time, I would like to come back and try the restaurant's recommended Yamagata pork.
