August 16, 2023 Visited for an early lunch during the Obon holidays. It opened at 11:00 and was full in about 10 minutes. A popular local restaurant. Today, the whole family ordered the fillet cutlet soba set meal. A set of 3 soft fillet cutlets, warm soba noodles and rice. Lightly sprinkle the fillet cutlet with sauce to adjust the taste, then dip it in ketchup sauce or tartar sauce and enjoy it. It's a blissful time to eat this taste-changing fillet cutlet with rice and eat elegant stone milled soba noodles. The rice is evenly grained, glossy and delicious! After all, the decisive factor for this restaurant is the quality of soba! The delicate and thin handmade noodles and the soup with a dashi flavor make you want to drink it all up! Really simple and delicious. It was a bit of a hearty "Hirekatsu soba set meal", but when I noticed it was eaten up. Oh, it was delicious! It was a very satisfying lunch that I could say without words. The Shinkansen didn't move due to the typhoon, but I was sweating 😅, so I'm glad I was able to eat my Obon holiday lunch slowly~✨ Thank you for the meal!

I'm local but it was my first time going there. Although the store had only just opened, there were already customers lining up, and even after entering the store, customers continued to arrive. The Sarashina soba was very delicious and went down easily. The fillet cutlet was also soft and delicious. However, there were always a lot of customers, so the parking lot was very crowded at noon, so I might not be able to go there by myself. You can make reservations at E-Park, so if you don't want to wait, you might want to use that.
