Hitsumabushi: nice restaurant in the middle of a housing estate, offering Hitsumabushi mainly. This place requires Japanese for the menu. The portion is generous and the dashi is excellent. There’s Japanese explanations on how to consume the Hitsumabushi. The ambience is great with a tranquil garden overlooking the restaurant. Would recommend if staying near the Indigo Hotel.
