Inuyama, Aichi, Japan｜Minato

Tabelog 3.19(8) Visited in December 2021. Sometimes I can't enter the store at night, so I made a reservation in advance. It is a delicious sushi restaurant that you can eat in Inuyama (^ ^) The 10-piece nigiri is a course where you can order the toppings of your choice, with the 9-piece nigiri recommended by the chef. In addition, I ordered a variety of single item nigiri and one item. Personally, I really like the quail warships here (^^) I thought the cream cheese Saikyo-yaki and Shirako would be good as snacks. Also, there was an incident on the way, but the staff's response was very polite and left a good impression. I would like to use it again next time.

I was able to sit on a chair in the tatami room and relax. The sushi was fresh, and there were 11 pieces, but I was able to choose my favorite 2 pieces, and I ordered eel and Hida beef, which were very delicious and satisfying. I visited with my family for my father and mother's anniversary, and the service was good, it was stylish and clean, and it was close to my house by taxi, so I would definitely continue to use it.

Minato. Minato always has sushi. Partly because I'm good friends with the chef, but also because the ingredients are big, fresh, and delicious. I'm always happy to have such sushi at such a reasonable price. There aren't as many types of sake as there used to be, but the good thing is that they have a variety of delicious sake ranging from major to minor. On this day as well, I had Suigei's special junmai, and it was so refreshing and clean that I couldn't believe it was junmai sake, and it went well with the meal. The only problem is the wait time when it's busy, but on this day it was empty and I was able to enjoy my meal very smoothly.
