The udon noodles are thick, hard, and grainy, similar to miso stew. I got the impression that the taste of miso was mild compared to other miso nikomi udon restaurants in Ichinomiya. It's not too thin, it's not too thick, it's just right. Also, if you prefer a little less toppings and would prefer more toppings, you might want to add some toppings. The price is very reasonable, the miso stewed udon in the photo was 800 yen including tax😲 Next time I go, I would like to try other udon noodles and tempura.
