Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Katsuyuki

This cutlet has just the right amount of texture to it, and it's not overpowering even though you've eaten it. I use miso, but my husband prefers the homemade sauce because he likes it. The price seems to have gone up after all, but the cost performance is still good. The shop is in a back alley, so it doesn't seem to be known yet, but I think it's quite a famous shop.

A Mexican friend came to visit me in Nagoya and asked what he wanted to eat. Then, I wanted to let people experience miso katsu from another store, so I searched for Mr. Katsuyuki. Personally, I've only ever eaten miso katsu made by my mother at home, so I was hoping to find a restaurant where I could take friends from outside the prefecture in the future. It's not that far and there's a lot of parking, so I found a store with perfect conditions. I ordered a set of miso fillet cutlet and fried oysters (probably winter only). The oysters were surprisingly large, twice the size of the oysters you often see at other stores. The tartar sauce also enhances the flavor of the oysters and is satisfying to eat! And of course, the fillet cutlet was very soft, the miso was just the right amount of sweetness, and it was freshly fried and crispy. My Mexican friend was also happy, so I would like to visit this place again when someone comes from outside the prefecture. I live in Minami-ku, so I don't often come to this area, but I would like to visit this store again with my family!

It's a delicious miso cutlet restaurant, but this time I decided to try something different. It's a fried fish set meal, but it's also quite delicious. However, I felt that the volume of the side dish was less than the cutlet. It seems that lunch comes with a drink. I think the miso cutlet is the best in Nagoya, next time I will choose the miso cutlet lol The parking lot can park about 6 cars.
