Seto, Aichi, Japan｜Tonkatsu Sawai Higashi-ten

I went according to the opening time. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is difficult to find and parking is difficult. The entrance to the store was difficult to find, but when I found it and entered, I was greeted by an elderly woman. The inside of the store is a tatami room, and I thought the atmosphere was nice and tasteful. I ordered a large bowl of rice for the top loin cutlet set meal from the lunch menu. When I bit into the cutlet, it was juicy and the coating was crispy and delicious. It also goes great with the sauce. With this much volume, 880 yen is a great deal! I want to go again.

A retro Showa-era store. The old lady is kind and gentle. Tonkatsu is served with sauce. It's a sweet sauce. The tonkatsu was crispy and delicious.

I ordered the loin cutlet set meal for 1,150 yen and it was delicious. When I paid 1,200 yen and tried to get change, the lady looked at me suspiciously and said it was 880 yen! It's like 880 yen for lunch. Great value! There was nothing written on the menu.
