It's a filling soba with firm corners that go down smoothly. Kaeshi is a little darker, which I like. I ordered the Katsuju Soba Set and the Grated Shrimp Soba Set. It was very delicious and I was very full.

I get the impression that there are a lot of elderly couples. I chose this as today's dish that wasn't on the menu. Bamboo shoot rice set meal. The seasonal bamboo shoot rice was very delicious. The tempura was not greasy and the udon was delicious. I understand why it's popular.

If you want to eat soba, this is the place. This time I ate the tenzaru set. It's absolutely delicious.
