Soba is chewy and very delicious (^o^) The tempura was also fried crispy and I could eat it easily. The staff's response was also perfect! When I used to come on Sunday, the staff were seated with customers. I was having a hard time eating because of all the people talking secretly near me, so I'm glad I was able to eat slowly today!

I have wanted to go there for a long time. I had a new soba using buckwheat flour from Shokawa. The vegetable tempura was sweet, the batter was crispy, the buckwheat noodles had a thick texture, and the flavorful soba noodles were 100% satisfying.

Kishimen is a very cheap and delicious restaurant. You can choose red or white soup stock for Kishimen. In fact, we also have Chinese soba, which also comes with a choice of soy sauce or salt. Chinese soba contains bean sprouts, eggs, and green onions, making it hearty!
