I was at a roadside station taking a break when I saw it, so I went in. Hiding behind a convenience store and hard to notice? I went there on a Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded so I was able to get to the counter easily. It was my first time having Seto Yakisoba, but I was curious about it, so I decided on the Hormone Yakisoba set meal. This is my first time having soy sauce yakisoba, but I don't have soy sauce. It was rich, filling, and delicious. Even though it was soy sauce yakisoba, there was Worcestershire sauce, so was it sauce for soy sauce? When I asked about it, I heard that many people, mainly older people in Seto, put sauce on it. I tried it, but it seemed to make the flavor even stronger, but I felt like it lost the flavor of the soy sauce, so I personally recommend eating it as is with soy sauce. The staff gave me detailed instructions and I was satisfied with my lunch. Is it hard to be noticed in a deep place?
