The soup is rich and addictive, with no salty taste. The noodles are flat curly noodles. It's a slightly different noodle It went down smoothly and went well with this miso ramen. The fried rice was also crunchy and delicious with good seasoning. There was also a children's menu which was great for families with children. The ramen is a rare salt ramen. Soy sauce ramen is usually for kids. This salt ramen is light but has deep flavor. It was a delicious soup. Before I knew it, both the counter and the tatami room were full.
