I am a repeat customer of Kanakazu. The number of visits has not yet reached 10 (lol) I had oyakodon, three types of stone grilled noodles, and Chinese noodles, and the taste was consistent every time. I really like the way the soup stock and eggs are cooked through in oyakodon. (It has a gentle taste, not too sweet, not too salty) The baked stone had been replaced with a stone slab. I liked the previous stone better, but I think the current one is easier to use because the temperature doesn't drop as easily. The Chinese soba noodles were delicious with thick noodles, a gentle flavored soup, and the deliciously soft and light chicken char siu. I'll come back later! Thank you for the meal!

The meat is marinated in sauce and grilled on a stone plate, allowing you to enjoy it piping hot. You can taste about three different parts. The flavor of the meat was rich and concentrated, and it was exquisite. In addition to Nagoya Cochin, you can also enjoy Nagoya specialties such as hitsumabushi and miso stew udon. The store is spacious, with a large hall on the second floor that can accommodate groups of 50 or more people. The set also came with sashimi and chawanmushi, which was very satisfying.
