The two of us went in for lunch together. I ate katsudon for the first time in a while. The seasoning is a little spicier than what I eat at home, which makes it delicious.

This is Katsuya-san... Since there wasn't one in my area, I stopped by shortly after it opened. At that time, I ordered Katsuya's standard katsudon (matsu). A few minutes later, the katsudon came out and I ate it.The katsudon (matsu) had two pieces of cutlet on top, but did I eat the cutlet in my mouth? ! yeah? ? Even though it was freshly fried, it didn't feel freshly fried at all... So, when I ate another cutlet, it was crispy again... As for the rest, I don't have to say it, but I think it's probably obvious that it hadn't been in the oven for a while, so I made a mistake in ordering the katsu and mixed in the freshly fried katsu... After that, I stopped going... There was a sudden renovation of the store, so I didn't want to go there, but a friend of mine suggested we go to Katsuya! So, I went there and... The atmosphere inside the restaurant had changed, and that time I had the katsudon (bamboo), but the moment I ate it... Delicious! ! ! That's what I said out loud (lol) *I was seen twice by an acquaintance. After that, I secretly became a fan of Katsuya here♪♪ Mapo chicken cutlet from a while ago. Personally, I liked it♪♪ I hope it will be reprinted again! (lol)
