I stopped by when I came to Nagoya on a trip! I had the miso cutlet set meal, and my wife had the miso stew udon. Both were very delicious! I'm originally from the Kanto region and came to Nagoya for the first time, so I was looking forward to trying the miso cutlet and miso stew, but it was even more delicious than I expected. The udon noodles were also handmade and had a chewy texture.

Hot tea is served instead of water👍 Parent and child miso simmered udon, chicken, green onions, and eggs were included, and the miso flavor soaked in well and was delicious! The udon was thick and slightly stiff, and it was the royal road miso stewed udon 😊 There are paper napkins to prevent splashing, so you can eat safely even in white clothes 🎵
