I could also feel the flavor of the soup stock, and all the flavors were wonderful, but the ones that particularly impressed me were vinegared miso, carrot rice, and dashimaki egg. Does the vinegar and miso dressing taste like Japanese pepper? I don't know what it is, but it has a slightly different flavor than normal vinegar miso and it was very delicious! I honestly didn't expect carrot rice, but I was betrayed in a good way! It has a slightly sweet flavor and is very addictive. The dashimaki tamago is very soft and when you put it in your mouth, the dashi soup overflows. For after-meal drinks, you can choose from coffee, tea, or acai juice, and the dessert was soba noodle and pineapple ice cream. I am very satisfied with my stomach full ♪
