Every time I eat it, I am impressed with how the eel is grilled. I have my own cooking method and sauce. My sister doesn't like eel (maybe she used to work at a famous eel restaurant in Higashi-ku, Nagoya when she was young?) It's always a fried shrimp set meal. My wife and I had the eel bowl, and my sister's grandson had the tempura set meal.

Nagayaki is also delicious, but personally I like shirayaki with wasabi! ! I basically like alcohol, so I just drink it, but Shime no Nori Chazuke is exquisite!
