📍: Aichi Prefecture / Owari Seto / Eel 🍽️: Hitsumabushi with kamameshi. It was very filling and filling. I prefer Kansai eel cooking. 👀: First kamameshi hitsumabushi. It was burnt and delicious. 🚉: Visit the store by car 🚗. Owari Seto 5 minutes I was able to enjoy a relaxing meal in a restaurant with an old-fashioned Japanese atmosphere. I arrived at the same time it opened, so I was glad I was able to get in right away.

The most popular dish at this restaurant is definitely their ``specialty kamameshi.'' The rice is cooked in a pot for each person, so the balance between the scorched rice, sauce, and seaweed brings out the deliciousness of the eel even more. The eel and sauce soak into the rice, making it a delicious dish that is different from hitsumabushi and can only be tasted here. Other menu items are also good value for money. Grilled eel liver is also exquisite.

I had the Unadon (Normal bowl). The fragrant and crunchy eel was to my liking, and I ate it up in no time. The sauce was just right, not too sweet and not too thin. And the rice was fluffy and delicious. The customer service, including my daughter and mother, was good. Next, I will go to get eel boiled rice.
