There is a river bank on the riverbed, and you can release the water and catch sweetfish. It was lunch on the last Sunday of summer vacation, but I was able to get in without waiting. There are seats inside and outside with a view of the river. The sweetfish set meal is reasonably priced at 3,500 yen. Ayu sashimi, salt-grilled, miso-grilled, candied sweetfish, and small sweetfish tempura. They are all delicious. I would like to go again next year. It felt great to go down to the riverbank, walk on the Yana, and walk on the river. The lady at the reception was also nice and simple.

Catching sweetfish → Actual eating I went with my wife and 3 year old son. My son was afraid to grab it and ran away, but he said it was delicious and ate it. It took about 5 to 8 minutes to grab it, but I think it was just right to finish it before my son got tired of it. The sweetfish was salty, and after it was fluffy in my mouth, the umami gradually came out and I couldn't stand it.

We arrived after 2pm. There was only one group of customers ahead of us, and when we told them that we had come by bus, they asked us when we would be leaving. The food was cooked quickly, so I was able to sit on the terrace and enjoy my meal while looking out at the river, and when I presented my bus ticket, I was also given a can of beer. As I was leaving, all the staff members kindly said to me, ``Please come again.'' I felt like I would like to visit again.
