Fuso, Aichi, Japan｜Pasta de Coco Aichi Fuso

It was my first time using Pasta de Coco, so I was a little confused by the ordering system, but once I understood that it was the same as CoCo Ichibanya, I had fun choosing the menu, including what toppings to put on it. I rarely eat pasta with ankake sauce, and this is the third time I've eaten pasta with ankake sauce. I don't have much experience with it, but I honestly thought it was delicious. I think it's a good idea to enjoy the toppings.

The teppanyaki was good, the amount of sauce was large and it was delicious. It is a shop with good staff.

"Ankake pasta", which I have never seen in the Kanto region, was very delicious. In Kanto, you can think of it as a pasta version of CoCo Ichibanya Curry. There are many menus and toppings, so you can enjoy various combinations ☺️
