Without a doubt, the Shirayaki was the best I've ever had❗️I've had it several times in Yokohama, Hamamatsu, Nagoya, etc. The kabayaki sauce has a mature flavor that has aged well, and the depth is amazing! ️The eel rolls were carefully wrapped in dashi, and the soup was juicy and delicious! While the overall price is reasonable, I think it is unavoidable that the eel is a little thin. The problem is whether or not it's grilled in the right way, and this one takes full advantage of the aroma of the fat❗️

The shop has a calm atmosphere and classical music is flowing, so you can relax. I ate eel on rice. It was plump and fragrant, and I was satisfied with the delicious sauce that was not too sweet. After the customer returned, it was thoroughly disinfected with alcohol to prevent infection. It is a safe shop.
