Since then, I have been coming back every time I want to eat fish. Park your car in the parking space on the west side of the store 5 minutes before the store opens, and the parking spaces will be half full within a few minutes, so if you are coming by car, it is better to arrive before the store opens. I think it's okay. When I entered through the noren curtain, I was always asked if I had a reservation, so it seems to be a popular restaurant, so I think it would be a good idea to make a reservation in advance. Every time I come in without a reservation, I am politely guided to a counter seat. The owner, who looks a little strict in his all-over clothes, is cooking at the counter, and the inside of the store is kept clean, and the customer service is pleasant and polite. I often get the boiled fish set meal, which comes with fresh sashimi with beautiful edges.The boiled fish has a low amount of ginger to eliminate the smell, and it has an exquisite seasoning of salt and plum that is neither too sweet nor too spicy. It's really delicious. However, I felt that the sakura pickles were a little too flavorful and overstated for a chopstick rest, and I was a little disappointed in the general's harsh treatment of his employees... Other than that, I think this is a serious Japanese restaurant that does a very thorough job, the presentation is beautiful, and the cost performance is very high.

It was a table seat in a small room with a partition, so I was able to eat very calmly. I ordered the Senri Gozen and my husband ordered the Chirashi Gozen. Each item was carefully prepared and very delicious. With this atmosphere and food, tax included is very good value. It is a shop that I want to use again.

I stopped by on a weekday evening. At the end, I was passed through a table seat on a tatami mat. My husband was a boiled fish meal, but I could choose the type of fish. I am Tempura Gozen. Both are 2680 yen including tax, with plenty of sashimi, simmered dishes, salad, chawanmushi, red miso soup, and water. The sashimi was especially delicious. It was carefully prepared, and it felt like an old-fashioned ryokan meal. For lunch, there is a menu of 1680 yen including tax. Highly recommended unless you want a fancy meal.
