It is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator, so it is wheelchair accessible. Of course, there are no steps inside the store. Personally, the fact that the female clerk keeps her hair in place gives a sense of cleanliness and is a high point. This is a shop I often go to when I want to drink a little wine.
