The noodles have a chewy texture, and the set rice bowl dishes are authentic without compromise. delicious! But what I liked the most was the dashi soup. You won't be able to make such delicious soup stock in just a few moments. I am impressed by the skillful work done by them. I enjoyed the addictive flavor of the soup stock and the chewy noodles. This is a store I want to go to again (o^^o) It was my first time today and I didn't order any side dishes, but I heard that you can also order tempura. Next time I'll have a set meal + tempura (*^_^*)

The miso stewed udon here is the best 🙆 The firmness of the noodles, the taste of the miso, and the clerk's quick response.
