Top notch! Was planning to visit the other one nearby but it was full. We were not disappointed by Tomoe!! Edit 1yr later: I was lucky enough to return July 2019 and was not disappointed. Every piece was perfect. See you in 2020?! ありがとう後妻ます！

They have seasonal local fish

All the items are extremely delicious. I ordered the omakase platter for 2850 yen. I thought it was a little expensive, but after eating it I was satisfied and I think it's actually quite cheap. First of all, the fish is obviously fresh. It's blingy, so you'll know right away when you eat it. Next, the material is big. You can enjoy the texture and taste of fish. If you are an adult who has finished your meal, your stomach will be full. Lastly, the parts used are (or will be) carefully selected. I think you'll be especially surprised to find out that tuna doesn't have any strings at all. The fatty tuna melts even if you don't chew it properly. The other fish also had just the right amount of fat, and I felt nothing but happiness while eating them. I stopped by on a trip, so I don't get to go there often, but if I go nearby, I'll definitely come back. It was a sushi restaurant that left such an impression on me.
