There aren't too many soba shops in this area. Kobushi is an excellent one. Not only do they make their own noodles with a high percentage of soba flour, but they will teach you how to do it yourself. A one hour class is 3800 for up to four people yields four servings of noodles. Informative (all in Japanese) and fun hands-on work that is tricker than the master makes it appear.

I had the Juwari Soba and it was very delicious. I also ordered bamboo shoot tempura, which was delicious along with the fava bean tempura. The inside of the restaurant was small, with just a small raised area (seating 4 people and 2 seats for 2 people) and tables (2 seats for 4 people). The restaurant was run by a couple, and I was able to leave the restaurant feeling good because of their warm personalities. If you make a reservation at least one day in advance, you can even try your hand at making soba noodles. The nearby roadside station was busy, and I was about to stop for lunch when I arrived, and it turned out to be a very good restaurant.

It's a small and relaxing restaurant run by a married couple. It's the new soba season, so if you order mori soba, you can feel the sweetness of the soba without dipping it in the soup. ｡ I had shiitake mushroom udon. The noodles were thin and easy to eat, and it was very delicious. There is no signboard outside the store, so it is a good idea to use the navigation and the flag on the side of the road as a landmark. (It was broadcast on March 16, 2020 on Gokaere Monday) This is my second visit. I had the sesame soup with nihachi soba. It seems that the sesame is hard to work with, and it doesn't taste good unless it is very finely chopped. It was very delicious. It seems that there are many.
