Tateyama, Chiba, Japan｜Toque Blanche

Visited for lunch. It feels like I found a good shop after a long time. I arrived before the store opened and made a reservation from the car. I think most of them are customers with reservations. My wife has a ladies' lunch, and since it's my first time, it's a standard simple lunch and a hamburger. The price was reasonable, but the contents were special. The high level of corn soup, the juiciness of the hamburger steak, and the authentic dessert, all of which were elaborate and uncompromising, and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch. Next time, I will reserve a sirloin steak and come again. I expect it because it is a dish that should be eaten by local gourmet. It was a feast. Today, August 9th, my second visit. I made a reservation in advance and had a steak lunch and a hamburger lunch for my wife. It was as expected and I am very satisfied. The steak is very soft and just the right amount. The sauce was just a little too sweet for me. Another delight is dessert. It was a little embarrassing, but until the fireworks. I really wanted to try this pasta from this restaurant ♡ I had the ladies' French Kaiseki lunch. I moved now so I can't go there anymore, but I'll definitely come back to eat pasta (^^)

On a rainy Saturday, I got in right away without a reservation. I was full with both soup and pasta in the course meal, and the price of 2,000 yen was cheap😆 Both the food and the bread were delicious. They prepared a different pasta for me, who is allergic to shellfish. thank you. I went by myself today, but next time I'd like someone to drive me and have some wine🍷
