Nishio, Aichi, Japan｜Yamazakura

It's a little hard to find as it's tucked away from the street. I think it's nice that it's quiet because there's no traffic. I had a sashimi set meal. All the sashimi were meaty and delicious. The octopus in particular was plump and delicious. There were a lot of small dishes and it also came with chawanmushi, so it was very filling. We also shared some dashimaki tamago and kakuni. The braised braised meat is chewy, soft, flavorful, and delicious. I thought the daikon radish was too strong in taste, but I think it goes really well with rice and alcohol. I would like to try a different menu next time.

While out shopping with friends, I stopped by "Yamazakura" for lunch. It is a popular restaurant among locals who like delicious food. The popular lunch menu is one type, but it's a hearty content that will satisfy your greedy desire to eat this and that. (Coffee etc. can be added for an additional fee.) All you have to do is sit down and wait for it to be brought in front of you. First of all, the gozen is full of delicious food, and you can enjoy it from your eyes. The fresh sashimi is elastic, chewy and delicious, the large fried shrimp, the freshly fried hanpei, which is Yamazakura's specialty, is delicious, and the various small bowls of horse mackerel are fun, and I'm happy with my favorite chawanmushi. Each bite is a luxurious time, and it is a meal that will make you want to work hard from the afternoon. There are counter seats and private rooms. Currently, Aichi Prefecture is open for short hours due to "strict measures to prevent the spread of the virus", so I would like to come and enjoy delicious food at night when that is lifted. It was a feast.
