Once again, I took a day trip to Minamiboso by car. I had been checking out this place for lunch for a while. The parking lot in front of the store requires a small car, so I used the parking lot diagonally across the street. I came right after it opened at 11:30, but there were already customers in front of me, and more people came in after that. Since it's a small shop run by a husband and wife, there aren't that many seats, so some people have given up. The atmosphere inside the store is cute. It's a bistro, but they have a variety of pastas, and it has a casual Italian-French feel. What I received on this day (excluding tax) ・Roasted young chicken with peanut herbs and fond de baud sauce 1200 yen Comes with bread or rice and drink. ・Soup and salad set 300 yen The herb-grilled young chicken and the sauce were exquisite and delicious. The crunchy chopped peanuts are also a nice touch. The bread was also delicious with the sauce. The soup was cold corn potage. The drink is ginger ale. It was a nice shop with good customer service from the lovely wife.

Visited for lunch today. Tsure is a Japanese-style hamburger I am a stewed hamburger. Let's be honest... both were insanely good. Stew demi-maji is the best. It's a little fragrant, or rather, the caramel scent is strong and the taste is rich. Not persistent. Side Salad Dressing Uma Uma The bread was refreshing and the sauce was divine (laughs). The mash under the hamburger is slightly sweet and creamy. How much does it fit in a hamburger! It suits you at that level. Of course the hamburger is also great. I like slightly fluffy hamburgers, The meat has a strong aroma and is full of gravy.
