Futtsu, Chiba, Japan｜Satomi Sushi

Cheap and seriously delicious 🍴 I live in Odawara, so I have a hard time evaluating seafood, but this is a restaurant I'll definitely be visiting again. When I go to Umihotaru, I always go there to stretch my legs a little.

it's one of my favourite stores. I come from Tokyo almost every week. Please refer to the image for product details. There was a partial price revision in April 2023. We recommend “Boso sushi” and “Conger eel sushi”. “Boso Sushi” uses local fish, so the type of fish changes depending on the day. So it will be a pleasure to visit again. "Conger eel sushi" uses Futtsu's specialty "Hakarime" (the local name for conger eel). The freshly roasted fluffy texture and aroma are irresistible. “Tsume (sweet sauce)” is also delicious, and half is sprinkled with Japanese pepper powder. Lunch comes with a small bowl of the day and soup. This soup is really delicious with fish broth. In addition, tempura and fries are freshly fried (deep fried food may not be available when it is crowded), and they are delicious. In particular, you will be surprised by the horse mackerel (may not be available depending on the purchase). In addition, freshly-baked omelet, mackerel with ponzu sauce, and sanga-yaki are also delicious, so please give them a try. There is a parking lot in front of the store, but if you are staying for a meal, it seems that the nearby convenience store is also available. The chef prepares the sushi by himself, so the serving may be delayed during busy times. Since it is a delicious local fish, we recommend that you come with plenty of time.

For use with children. While enjoying the drinks, the parents asked their children to eat first, and they made the rice and toppings smaller than usual so that the children could easily eat them. All the fresh ingredients were delicious. Also, the fried horse mackerel made with Kanaya brand golden horse mackerel was very delicious with a crispy coating and fluffy flesh.
