The hamburger steak and accompanying vegetables were delicious. I was drawn to the Japanese-style photo of a soy sauce and grated onion sauce topped with seaweed. The high-quality meat has a strong flavor and is grilled just right. At the end, I transferred the rice to a plate, made it into a bowl, and ate it up with a spoon. The vegetables served as garnishes are seasoned with the basics of Western cuisine. The smooth mashed potatoes are topped with cheese, and are as good as the ones I had at Atelier Robuchon in Roppongi Hills a few years ago, and I was thrilled to be able to enjoy them in Kamogawa, Chiba. The king oyster mushrooms were slightly salty and garlic-flavored, and the broccoli was only lightly boiled, making for a well-balanced dish that brought out the unique flavors of each vegetable. Order red sea bream carpaccio as an option. This was also delicious with Japanese seasoning. The pumpkin soup recommended by the restaurant (I ordered it cold) had a good taste, but I was surprised at how large the portion was. Since I was in a hurry, I gave up on dessert, but all the cakes lined up in the showcase looked delicious. Some of the hamburgers come with tomato-based sauce, and since it's an Italian restaurant, the pasta looked delicious, but I'll save that for next time. Located along the main road in Sotobo, there are many mass merchandisers and chain stores selling ramen, Chinese food, conveyor belt sushi, etc. in the surrounding area, but I was very satisfied with the meal carefully prepared by the owner-chef. The female waiter was also very nice.

I was able to taste the fashionable atmosphere with good cost performance! The combination of the mildly flavored “warm pumpkin soup” and the crispy texture of the baguette filled with sizzling butter is exquisite ( ^-^ )b Of course the main course was also delicious!
