Futtsu, Chiba, Japan｜日本料理 勝

I visited with my girlfriend around 8:30pm on my way back from a hot spring in Chiba! First of all, the rice was really delicious! First of all, the fresh seafood was amazing, and I think it would cost 2-3 times more if I had it in Tokyo! The other sake options were also great! I was really impressed with the chawanmushi that I wanted to eat every morning, and the menu that seemed to be good for the body!

I went in alone. There are about 6 counter seats, so it's easy to get in. There are partitions between the seats and the kitchen to prevent the spread of coronavirus. We had a tempura set meal, wagyu beef tataki, and dessert. All are exquisite. The rice is also delicious. It was a great time to eat.

All the dishes were really delicious! Sashimi, boiled eggplant, tataki beef, fried chicken basket, dried conger eel overnight, etc. I could tell that the food was carefully prepared, and the staff at the restaurant were very kind. We will definitely be visiting you again!
