This udon restaurant is located in the Ueno area on Prefectural Route 82, which runs from Isumi City to Kamogawa on the Yamasen Line. It is located at the end of a narrow road that can be accessed from two directions: in front of the village and from inside the village, and the parking lot can accommodate 7 or 8 cars. Inside the store, there were 2 tables for 4 people, 1 table for 2 people, and there were about 4 tables in the back room where you could take off your shoes. Around 12:00 on a Friday, I entered the restaurant easily and sat at a table, even though I was prepared to wait. Since udon is my favorite, I decided on udon with duck soup (950 yen) and tempura udon (1,100 yen), which were served within about 12 minutes of ordering. The duck soup tsuke udon noodles are double layered and have a glossy texture.At first glance, they look like Sanuki style, but they are not too chewy and are easy to swallow.The duck soup is not too sweet and has just the right thickness.5,6 The tsuyu that soaks up the duck meat oil is delicious even when you drink it. The tempura udon noodles have just the right thickness and the udon goes smoothly. The tempura is freshly fried, crispy and delicious. The leftover tsuyu is mixed with a special soup stock instead of soba-yu (soba-yu), which is an unusual way to drink it.It's also delicious. The side dish Oshinko is also delicious. Now, 2,050 yen is cost-effective and there are more shops that I definitely want to visit again.

This is an unexplored, handmade udon restaurant, but it's a popular restaurant that fills up soon after opening.

The udon is chewy and delicious. It was two steps. There are many kinds of tempura, and they are light and crispy. The price is reasonable, and handmade udon is rare, so it must be valuable. It may be because there are few, but the garnished pickles were delicious.
