This is my first visit since I found delicious salt ramen in the local newspaper. Without hesitation, I ordered the ZEPPIN chicken salt ramen ¥900. I met delicious salt ramen after a long time. The clear soup is light yet has the umami of chicken, and the faint scent of yuzu and the herb chicken char siu are well-balanced. I'm deeply moved that I can't quite get the taste so far, including the price 😂 I'm also curious about duck nanban and pasta ♪ I will repeat again ✌️

I had the chicken salt ramen. very delicious. It's light, but it has a strong flavor, and the yuzu shavings are a nice accent. There is a lot of noodles in the elaborate dishes, and I think 800 yen is cheap for this taste and amount. When I visited for lunch on a weekday, the chef alone was cooking and serving, and it seemed difficult. I do not recommend it if you are in a hurry. It is a place where you can enjoy cooking slowly. The menu has various noodles (pasta, udon, soba, Chinese noodles) and rice, and they all look delicious, so I'd like to try them all.
