Excellent seafood at very fair prices. A real gem. Miso soup has kajime (a seaweed) in it, so ask for soup without it if you can't deal with slimy textures. アジフライチョイ刺身定食 is the best deal. No English menu, but it would probably not be impossible to communicate.

Loved it. Fresh fish, literally local restaurant in the middle of rice field. Also, there's a good selection of sake. Hidden place and highly recommend!

The price is very cheap and delicious. In addition, there is volume and sounds full. I don't think you can eat at this price in Tokyo. If you go nearby, I want to come back again.
