I visited for the first time after being told about it by someone at work. At first glance, I thought it was Takeoka-style, but the soy sauce was mild and the soup was gentle, and the noodles were thin and matched well with this soup. I finished the soup. It was delicious. I was also interested in the Neapolitan on the menu, but I decided on ramen this time, so I'll consider it next time. The lady at the shop is also kind and offers free coffee and candy.

This is a Takeoka-style ramen shop. Unlike the spicy soy sauce soups at other restaurants, it has a slightly sweeter taste, which is a bit unusual, but it's delicious. The char siu is also delicious as it has just the right amount of flavor and is cooked well. It was a little warm when we first opened, but perhaps because of the advice we received, things got warmer. It is recommended.

Two years ago, on my cycling route every time, I noticed a ramen shop that had opened up right in front of me when I got off from Kanosan Kujukutani Observation Park. I used to be a liquor store owner, but now I am a ramen shop with a katakana trade name. I ordered pork noodles. Well, the delicious thing about the small bowl of potato salad that comes out first is that it's handmade, and it's a service, isn't it? Clear soy sauce soup, a lot of char siu, boiled eggs and chopped onions in the center. Actually, I personally don't like raw green onions, so I avoided them at first. The taste of the clear soup is very gentle, and it's completely unclassy to eat it by judging it with the Nanchara style. The boiled egg, the soft roast pork, and of course the soup are all delicious. Personally, I was surprised by the chopped onion that I avoided, and the overall taste is perfect. It was so delicious that the umami increased so much that I nodded while eating it, even though I was not good at it. It's the taste of the couple, and I thought it was "Ishii's ramen", including the lack of business and the straight katakana name. The price is definitely reasonable...or rather, it comes with a small bowl, so I'm worried. By the way, it's important that you don't get thirsty even after drinking the soup. Eating while cycling won't make you sick. It's definitely an oasis in a place where it's hard to find a place to eat. *Please be careful about business days and business hours.
