Visited for lunch. There are several lunch menus priced at 2,500 yen. There were salt-grilled silver cod, fried oysters, fried shrimp, and Spanish mackerel (sashimi) set meals. (When visiting R6.2) We use ingredients that are sourced carefully by the owner. He said, ``It's a little more expensive than others, but the ingredients we offer are worth it.'' The fried oysters are delicious, and the small side dishes are also elaborate. Apparently they are famous for their fried horse mackerel, but they don't do it because their supplier has a poor catch of horse mackerel. If there is a particular menu you would like to try, it would be a good idea to check in advance.

I absolutely recommend it because you can have a much delicious meal that overturns the concept of a set meal restaurant! ! For 2,500 yen for lunch, you can have a set meal made with rare raw silver cod, and every dish was exquisite! Some people may think that 2,500 yen is expensive, but when you try it, you'll realize that it's made with such great ingredients that you might think it's too cheap. Especially recommended for those who like seafood! The owner was also friendly and we had a fun chat! They only use ingredients from specific production areas, so when you try it, you'll be satisfied with its wonderful taste.

I had a hard time choosing between a pizza place and Tororo's shop, so I decided on Yama Hydrangea based on the recommendation of a local. I'm glad I came here! It's a bit pricey for lunch, but I'm very satisfied with the content, quality, and quantity, and the staff's talkative customer service is wonderful. The seasoning is elegant, and soup, appetizers, and desserts are also included. This is a famous restaurant that I would recommend to people who are having trouble finding lunch around here.
