Chiba Nanso exploration Chiba Nanso business trip once a year I always look forward to the eel at Yawataya when I'm working on this job, but this year I ate at a local soba restaurant. We didn't have to wait in line, but it was full on a weekday afternoon. It's a popular local store. During lunch time, the lunch menu seems to be popular. It was deep-fried chicken that was deep-fried and crispy.It looked delicious. However, we ordered the classic full-bodied Kamo Nanban Soba and Jotendon bowl. I'm not a big fan of 2 shrimps, conger eel tempura, and mushrooms, so I selfishly ordered the jotendon with bamboo shoot tempura. Kamo nanban has just the right amount of salt. It's finished in no time I could have had a bamboo steamer or a second helping of rice, but due to time constraints, I ordered sobayu. I can't get enough of the soup stock mixed with soba hot water. The two of us ordered a large serving of chilled nuki and a maitake mushroom tempura. The large serving is satisfying to eat Maitake mushrooms were also delicious Personally, it was better to be a little colder. My wife said it was fine.

It's a soba restaurant, so the soba noodles are delicious, but no matter what side dishes you order, such as grilled fish, yakitori, or fried chicken, you'll be satisfied with the drinks. It is best to make a reservation when visiting during lunch or evening as it can get crowded.
