I've been eating at this galette specialty restaurant, which is rare around here, and I've been eating at it so regularly that I can't remember how many years ago it was. The restaurant is run by a female owner by herself, but the taste of the galettes is unmistakable. Many customers order the lunch menu, but we recommend the classic ham and cheese complex. You can enjoy the fragrant aroma of roasted buckwheat flour and the tangy spices. I'm always happy to have an extra cookie after a meal.

Unusually delicious... It's not an exaggeration, it's the best tasting galette I've ever eaten. The batter has a chewy texture and a fragrant aroma of soba noodles. And the salted caramel sauce has a salty and sweet taste, and a fragrant flavor. It fit in my stomach in an instant...
