The salty offal is really delicious. It is a seasoning that does not kill the deliciousness of the hormone itself. The owner is the only one working, so there may be a long wait when it's busy. It is not recommended to go with too many people.

It was my first time visiting. Offal is of course delicious, but they also have delicious alcoholic beverages that are not on the menu. I will go again.

I often eat hormones, but the standard miso flavor is the standard one, but the ones here are salty and everything is delicious!
